**Order Processing:**
- Once you place an order, please allow 1-8 business days for our team to process it. This includes printing, quality assurance, and packaging.

**Shipping Time:**
- After processing, the shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Estimated shipping times are as follows:
- United States: 8-15 business days
- Canada: 10-20 business days

**Shipping Costs:**
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address and the weight of the products in your order. You can view the shipping costs during checkout before finalizing your purchase.

**International Orders:**
- For international orders, please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon import. Live Fun Cruises is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

**Order Tracking:**
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

**Lost or Damaged Shipments:**
- In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at explore@livefuncruises within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

**Address Accuracy:**
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Live Fun Cruises is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

**Multiple Shipments:**
- If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

**Holiday Shipping:**
- During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be slightly longer than usual due to high demand. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.

 

Return Policy:

We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below:

**Damaged or Defective Items:**
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at explore@livefuncruises.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

**Wrong Item Received:**
- If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.

**Non-Returnable Items:**
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items that are not damaged, defective, or the wrong item received.

**How to Initiate a Return:**
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at explore@livefuncruises.com. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.

**Refund Policy:**
- If a refund is deemed appropriate for your return, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

 

**Live Fun Cruises shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:**

a. The buyer does not like it.

b. The product description is not real.

c. Products smell unusual.
d. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.

e. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.

f. Product difference was negotiated in advance.

g. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.

h. In some cases, packages are returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with the work of customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.

- Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our customer support team.
